It is always better to have a hard copy of all the files we keep because anyway, when we need to e-mail them, we can scan them. Data drives, compact disks, and any other digital file can become corrupted or afflicted with a virus. Having multiple backup options is ideal and we really can never have enough backup copies of our files.

Data that you are currently working with will not instantly be turned off due to a power spike or sudden storm. That’s an advantage but it’s really not that necessary.
With this computer world, people have either become idle or always on the run. Those who got idle are those that have been addicted to online games, shopping and Facebooking. Those that are always in a hurry use the computer because of the need to be fast all the time. But one should never have the common excuses of not using a computer data backup. Because the common excuses are: I’m too busy, I have no time (for those on the run) and I’ll do it later (for the sloths).
